Every parent needs a bit of help sometimes...

There is no rulebook for raising a family. Sometimes it can seem overwhelming, particularly if you are going through difficult times

Home-Start offers friendly, informal support by matching families with a suitable volunteer who will visit them in their own home.

Home-visiting volunteers, who are are all parents themselves, come from all walks of life, just like the families we support. They understand the stresses and strains of bringing up a young family.

Home-Start is partly funded by Stirling Council and NHS Forth Valley.

March Volunteer Preparation Course

All new home-visiting volunteers are required to undertake our Volunteer Preparation course.

So if you've thought about volunteering with us, our next course is in March.

Please don't to hesitate to phone us for an informal discussion.
